Job Description
As an AI Product Manager, you will research and assess innovative AI technologies, such as machine learning and automation tools, to enhance client product offerings. You will define use cases, collaborate with developers and data scientists to integrate AI features, and create a roadmap for AI-driven product innovations. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to implement solutions, ensuring alignment with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do
- Research and evaluate cutting-edge AI technologies (e.g., machine learning models, GPT, automation tools) to enhance client product offerings.
- Define use cases for AI in product features, such as personalized payment solutions and AI-driven chatbots/virtual assistants for 24/7 support.
- Collaborate with AI developers and data scientists to prototype and integrate AI features into the client’s ecosystem.
- Design a roadmap for AI-integrated product innovations, prioritizing features based on market needs and business goals.
- Conduct deep competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for AI-based differentiation.
- Define and document clear product requirements for technical teams, with a focus on AI functionality and end-user impact.
- Identify internal processes where AI can increase efficiency, such as customer onboarding, data analysis, and product testing.
- Lead initiatives to automate repetitive tasks using tools like RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal) to ensure seamless delivery of AI-based solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding AI innovations and their impact on product performance.
- Ensure responsible AI implementation, adhering to ethical guidelines and global regulations.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to align AI solutions with local and international crypto regulations.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years working with AI technologies or tools.
- Proven track record of developing and launching AI-driven products or features.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the payments industry.
- Proficient in AI methodologies such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and computer vision.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple, actionable solutions for diverse stakeholders.
- Innovative mindset with a strong interest in solving complex problems through technology.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
