Role Overview:
As an AI Architect at Celon, you will lead the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions for our clients, aligning artificial intelligence with their IT systems, data environments, and business objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage AI and machine learning to drive digital transformation, improve security, and optimise operational efficiency across a diverse range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Strategy and Vision: Define the AI strategy and roadmap for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and IT capabilities.
- Solution Design: Architect AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing IT infrastructures, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Celon’s technology, data, and business teams to ensure AI solutions are effectively implemented and deliver the desired outcomes for our clients.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate AI technologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms) to recommend the best-fit solutions for clients’ needs.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance on best practices for AI deployment and integration.
- Client Engagement: Present AI strategies and solutions to clients, ensuring they understand the value and potential impact of AI technologies on their business.
- Scalability and Security: Ensure AI systems meet enterprise-level security, privacy, and compliance standards while being scalable for future growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years prior relevant experience in AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Strong background in IT systems and infrastructure, with experience integrating AI solutions into cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (PowerBI, Excel, Power Automate, Teams) to support AI-driven workflows, data visualisation, and collaboration across technical and business teams.
- Proven track record of developing and designing AI solutions for business applications and large-scale IT environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Familiarity with data management practices, including data governance and security protocols.
- Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
